We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Intern (Telugu Preferred)

We're currently looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns across major platforms.

If you enjoy working with data, testing ideas, and understanding what drives user growth this role will give you real exposure to performance marketing in a fast-growing startup.

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 3 Months

Language Requirement: Telugu preferred (for South market campaigns)

What You'll Work On

Assist in creating and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements

Track marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI

Support in A/B testing creatives, targeting, and placements

Work with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel to generate insights

What We're Looking For

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Understanding of South Indian languages (Telugu preferred)
