Role Overview- We are hiring a Manager to lead our Performance Marketing + Influencer Affiliate teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, target-driven and experienced in handling a team of 10+ executives while driving strong growth across Google Ads & influencer sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership:

Manage & mentor a team of 10+ members (Influencer, Outreach & PM team)

Set weekly KPIs, performance reviews & drive consistent execution

Create SOPs, workflows & reporting dashboards

2. Influencer Affiliate Management:

Oversee monthly onboarding of 50100 creators

Ensure team executes 300500 outreach DMs/day

Approve negotiations, commission slabs & influencer activations

Track clicks, leads, sales, payouts via CRM & dashboards

3. Performance Marketing (Google Ads):

Strategize & optimize Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max

Build conversion-focused lead funnels for courses/workshops

Improve ROI, CPL, CTR & lead quality

A/B test creatives, landing pages & ad copies

Manage tracking via Analytics, GTM, Data Studio

Implement automation with Zapier, HubSpot, ChatGPT workflows

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing + Influencer/Affiliate Marketing

Strong team handling & leadership capabilities

Proven success in lead generation, ads performance & creator conversions

Excellent communication, negotiation & analytics skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
