The Role :

We need a conversion-focused designer who understands that great design is measured by CTR and ROAS. You will create high-performing assets for Meta, Google, and Amazon (A+ Content).

Key Responsibilities :

• Ad Creatives: Design static, carousel, and story ads for Meta & Google.
• E-commerce: Create high-converting Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, and infographics.
• Testing: Rapidly produce creative variations for A/B testing based on performance data.
• Optimization: Refine visuals based on marketing KPIs (CTR, CPL, Conversions).

Requirements :

• 23 years in performance-driven graphic design (Agency experience preferred).
• Expert Skills: Adobe Photoshop, & Illustrator.
• Speed: Ability to deliver high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Basic motion graphics (After Effects) or experience with international markets.
