About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Ads Operations Executive to manage, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across meta and google. This role is focused on smooth campaign execution, tracking accuracy, and day-to-day ad account operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Launch, manage, and monitor campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and others
● Ensure error-free campaign setup (UTMs, budgets, audiences, creatives, tracking)
● Handle daily ad operations: budget updates, campaign duplication, scaling, and pausing
● Monitor key metrics and flag performance drops
● Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for ad copies, creatives, and iterations
● Maintain campaign hygiene (naming conventions, structure, account organization)
● Troubleshoot ad disapprovals
● Generate daily/weekly performance reports and insights
● Implement A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Requirements:
● 1.5–3 years of experience in performance marketing or ads operations
● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
● Strong understanding of campaign structure, funnels, and tracking
● High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products simultaneously
● Basic understanding of conversion optimization and performance metrics
