The Role:
We are seeking sharp, data-obsessed, and result-oriented Campaign Executive to own and execute paid campaigns that drive real business growth for our clients. You will be the key player responsible for the hands-on management, optimization, and analysis of performance across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a special focus on E-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing.

Who You Are (Requirements):
- Performance Marketing /Campaign Executive must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency, specifically managing Google / LinkedIn/ Mets Ads.
- Desirable: Direct experience with E-commerce or D2C marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing significant ad spend and delivering on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Lead Volume).
- Platform certifications (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) are a significant plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Build, launch, manage, and meticulously optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) / LinkedIn/ Meta Ads.
- E-commerce & D2C Focus (Add-on) : Develop and execute performance strategies for online sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our D2C and E-commerce clients.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis. Use data to make informed decisions on bidding, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Take ownership of advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend to meet client KPIs.
- Reporting & Communication: Generate clear, insightful performance reports and effectively communicate results, insights, and recommendations to the internal strategy team.
