Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive, based in Pune. The role involves planning and executing effective marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, conducting in-depth market research, and developing strategies to maximize ROI from performance marketing initiatives. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and collaborating with teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and strategic development
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Market Research and data analysis
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and lead conversion
• Ability to analyze metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO and SEM strategies
• Self-motivated and able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Graduation with respective field, Business, or a related field, with relevant experience in performance marketing roles

Skill set

• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Generate high-quality leads at optimal CPL/CPA
• Handle budgets, bidding strategies & scaling
• Create audience targeting, retargeting & funnel flows
• Work closely with creative & content teams
• Analyze performance & prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Improve ROAS, CTR, CPL consistently

What we are looking for

1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Strong understanding of:

• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads (Search is a MUST)
• Lead generation funnels

Comfortable with:

• Budgets
• Scaling campaigns
• A/B testing creatives & copies

Data-driven mindset (numbers > opinions)

Experience in Real Estate / Lead Gen / Agency environment is a BIG plus

Ability to take ownership — no spoon-feeding
