Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across PPC, social media advertising, and retarget campaigns
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and campaign performance
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives
• Track competitor activities and industry trends to improve bidding strategies and audience targeting
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and Performance Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
