Role Overview

Senses Electronics is looking for a data-driven and technically sound Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage paid campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and collaborate closely with the SEO and sales teams. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, CRM integration knowledge, and proven hands-on campaign experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising Management

●    Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:

○    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

○    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

●    Budget allocation and bid strategy optimization.

●    A/B testing creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

●    Improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.

2. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

●    Manage B2B lead generation campaigns.

●    Ensure proper tracking via:

○    Google Tag Manager

○    GA4

○    Meta Pixel

○    Conversion APIs

●    Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.

3. CRM & Backend Understanding (Mandatory)

●    Strong understanding of CRM systems where leads are captured.

●    Experience working with:

○    Lead routing systems

○    Auto-responder workflows

○    Lead qualification pipelines

●    Ability to track lead journey from click → CRM → Sales closure.

●    Work closely with sales to improve lead quality.

4. SEO Collaboration

●    Support SEO strategy implementation.

●    Keyword research alignment between paid and organic channels.

●    Assist with technical SEO coordination with developers.

●    Work on backlink outreach and content performance insights.

5. Reporting & Analytics

●    Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.

●    Analyze campaign data and recommend actionable improvements.

●    Present performance insights to management.

●    Maintain dashboard reporting (Looker Studio preferred).

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

●    Advanced knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads.

●    Strong understanding of:

○    Conversion tracking

○    Attribution models

○    Remarketing strategies

●    Experience with CRM integrations.

●    Basic knowledge of HTML, UTM structures, and tracking setup.

●    SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical basics).

Soft Skills

●    Strong analytical mindset.

●    Ability to work in a team environment.

●    Ownership-driven approach.

●    Clear communication skills.

●    Proactive problem-solving ability.

Mandatory Requirements

●    Proven work experience in performance marketing.

●    Portfolio or documented case studies of campaigns managed.

●    Demonstrated improvement in ROAS / Lead Generation metrics.

●    Understanding of B2B marketing funnels.

Preferred (Good to Have)

●    Experience in EdTech or Interactive Panel industry.

●    Experience running campaigns targeting schools, colleges, or institutions.

●    Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).

●    Conversion Rate

●    Lead to Closure Tracking Accuracy
