Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day management and optimization of our paid media campaigns.

Your primary battlefield will be Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), where you will scale our spend while maintaining efficiency. You will also have the exciting opportunity to experiment with and grow our presence on TikTok Ads, making this an ideal role for a marketer who loves mastering established channels while testing emerging ones.

What You Will Do

1. Core Campaign Management (Google & Meta)

  • Google Ads: End-to-day management of Search (SEM), Shopping, and Display campaigns. Perform ongoing keyword research, negative keyword mining, and bid optimization to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Meta Ads (FB/IG): specific audience targeting, creative testing, and scaling of winning ad sets. You will manage the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Creative Strategy: Write compelling ad copy and brief the design team on high-performing creative concepts (static images, carousels, and videos) based on data insights.

2. Emerging Channels (TikTok)

  • TikTok Ads (Good to Have): Lead the testing phase for TikTok campaigns. Adapt winning creatives from Reels/Shorts for the TikTok native environment and identify influencer/UGC trends that fit our brand.

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Data Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS) across all platforms.
  • Testing: Execute A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and creatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the leadership team using Google Analytics (GA4) and native ad platform data.
  • Budgeting: Allocate budgets dynamically between channels to maximize total revenue/leads within our target CPA.

  • The Self-Starter: You are proactive. You don't wait for permission to suggest a new keyword strategy or a fresh ad angle.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
  • Experience: 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid budgets
  • Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads Manager (Search & Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and setting up UTM parameters/tracking.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical team members.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
  • TikTok Ads Experience: Prior experience running campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Copywriting: A knack for writing direct-response copy that converts.
  • E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce.
