About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in performance marketing and e-commerce. The role offers hands-on exposure to digital advertising, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Analyze campaign metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, to identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign assets.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition.
- Assist in managing promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and e-commerce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
