SEO Specialist & Performance Marketing Executive

Role Description

Looking for a proactive and performance-driven SEO Specialist cum Performance Marketer with 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. The role involves driving organic visibility, managing paid campaigns and improving overall digital performance. Compensation: ₹4.2 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute SEO, AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Conduct keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimisation and backlink activities.

Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns based on performance goals.

Track campaign performance, analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with search, AI discovery and digital advertising trends.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in SEO and performance marketing.

Good understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads Manager.

Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach.

Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
