This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Performance Marketing Executive. The responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and consumer behavior, and developing campaigns to optimize marketing performance. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing campaign metrics, and ensuring ROI-driven outcomes.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to understand and develop strategic campaigns
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills, including campaign execution and target achievement
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present insights effectively
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance marketing metrics is advantageous
• Ability to use data analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing campaign performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
