Performance Marketing Executive

At Pet Set Go, we're building one of India's fastest-growing pet lifestyle brands with a mission to become the go-to destination for pet accessories and essentials.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive growth through performance marketing and other digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to execution and experimentation.

Location: Delhi (On-Site)

What you'll do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
• Drive growth through performance marketing as well as other digital marketing initiatives and experiments
• Manage budgets, bidding, and daily campaign execution
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
• Build a robust creative testing pipeline to identify winning hooks, concepts, and audiences
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, and similar platforms to create ad copy, scripts, images, and video concepts for rapid testing
• Work closely with the creative team while also independently creating concepts and AI-generated assets
• Analyze landing pages and customer funnels to improve conversion rates
• Set up and manage tracking through Meta Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Prepare performance reports and recommend actionable next steps
• Explore new growth opportunities across channels beyond paid ads

Experience Required:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Minimum 2 years working with a D2C or e-commerce brand
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in revenue, customer acquisition, and ROAS
• Experience with Shopify
• Familiarity with Looker Studio, Hotjar, and retention marketing tools
• Understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or CRO
