About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid advertising across Amazon IN, Amazon US & UK, Flipkart, and other Indian e-commerce & quick commerce platforms. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving ROAS, and optimizing marketplace performance through data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Amazon Ads (India, US, UK), Flipkart Ads, and other e

commerce/quick commerce platforms

· Manage campaign structures, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and

platform-specific ad formats

· Drive performance metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and revenue growth

· Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and budget allocation to maximize efficiency

· Collaborate with catalogue, content, and marketplace teams to improve conversion rates

· Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards for clients

· Test and implement new growth strategies (audience targeting, creatives, placements, etc.)

· Work on multi-marketplace strategies, including quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)

where applicable.

Requirements

· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketplace performance marketing (Amazon/Flipkart ads

mandatory)

· Strong understanding of Amazon Ads ecosystem (India + international markets preferred)

· Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns with performance accountability

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

· Understanding of ecommerce funnels, catalog optimization, and conversion drivers

· Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously

· Strong ownership and problem-solving approach
