Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Mumbai. The Performance Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns and plan advertising strategies to achieve business objectives. The role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and achieve revenue growth. Regular assessment and reporting of campaign performance will also be a key part of daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart
  • Execute Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display ads
  • Conduct keyword research and search term optimisation
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACOS, conversions)
  • Optimise budgets and bids to maximise ROI
  • Build campaign structures aligned to product launches and seasonal events
  • Improve product discoverability and ranking through ads + organic strategies
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Coordinate with content/design teams for creatives and listings
  • Support visibility initiatives during marketplace sale events

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing (marketplace focused preferred)
  • Hands-on experience running ads on Amazon and Flipkart
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, keyword targeting, and bid optimisation
  • FMCG-Beauty and Wellness experience preferred
