About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for DTC and eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads & Blinkit Ads with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving ROAS and scaling customer acquisition campaigns.
You will work closely with brand, strategy, creative and client servicing teams to plan, execute, optimize and report on performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google ads, Meta ads, Amazon ads and Blinkit ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation to achieve business KPIs.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability through data-driven campaign optimization.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and AOV.
- Execute campaigns across: Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Sponsored Products, Amazon Sponsored Brands, Amazon Sponsored Display, Blinkit ads
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting and lookalike audience creation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Implement and monitor tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Amazon Attribution.
- Analyze customer journeys and attribution data to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing tools.
Who Should Apply:
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency or DTC/eCommerce environment.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad spends across Google, Meta, and Amazon platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and growth marketing strategies.

Good to have:

- Experience with Data Studio/Looker Studio dashboard creation.
- Exposure to quick commerce advertising platforms such as Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, and Instamart Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
