About The RoleAt The Big Click Media, we are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead our paid acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for managing ad budgets, analysing deep data, and ensuring our clients get the best possible ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-End execution of campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Data Analysis & Tracking:
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM) to set up conversion tracking and pixels.
- Deep dive into Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
- Optimization: Constant A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages to lower CPA and increase ROAS.
- Reporting: Generate clear, data-backed reports for clients to explain performance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 34 years of proven experience in running profitable ad campaigns.
- Language:Fluent/Native Marathi speaker (Required for internal communication).
- Technical Skills (Must Have): Strong command over Google Tag Manager and GA4. You must know how to track what you spend.
- Industry: Experience with Healthcare or D2C brands is highly preferred.
