About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our Amazon advertising and performance marketing efforts across other marketplaces.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands how Amazon's ad ecosystem, works at a granular level, and takes pride in consistent, disciplined execution. You will work closely with the Marketplace Growth Lead and Operations team to ensure campaigns, pricing, and performance decisions are data-backed and executed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon PPC Management
Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
Perform daily and weekly bid and budget optimization
Conduct regular search term analysis, keyword expansion, and negative keyword mining
Monitor and manage SKU-level TACoS and efficiency
Support scaling of priority SKUs in a controlled and sustainable manner
Performance Analytics
Analyze campaign, keyword, placement, and SKU-level performance data
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities from reports and dashboards
Track performance at a keyword SKU level and account level
Create and maintain clear, structured performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets
Flag anomalies early (conversion drops, spend inefficiencies, performance volatility)
Pricing & Promotion Execution
Execute BAU pricing updates accurately
Implement Event promotional pricing, coupons, and deal structures as planned
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely and error-free execution
Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketplace Growth Lead for performance inputs and insights
Coordinate with the Ops team to ensure alignment between ads, listings, pricing, and inventory
Share concise, actionable insights during weekly reviews
Core KPIs
Consistent control and improvement of TACoS
Better keyword and campaign efficiency over time
Clear visibility into SKU-level performance
Smooth execution during sales events
Fewer last-minute escalations and reactive fixes
What We're Looking For
Who should Apply
24 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
Experience managing monthly ad spends of 20L or more
Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel / Google Sheets
Solid understanding of Amazon reports and performance metrics
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and execution-focused mindset
Ability to explain performance changes logically using data
Exposure to Flipkart Ads, FirstCry, or Q-commerce platforms/ working with consumer brands or D2C businesses
