This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Performance Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends, building strategies to improve marketing performance, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad spending, and creating impactful marketing presentations to engage potential clients.

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective campaign strategies
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and emerging trends
• Exceptional Communication skills to craft compelling marketing materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation and achieve revenue targets
• Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities for campaign optimization
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the sportswear or export industry is an added advantage
