POSITION DESCRIPTION
Karma Experience is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to own and grow our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. You'll work in Creative Team and collaborate with our social media/content and web teams to drive bookings and brand visibility across our resort properties.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's spent 2-4 years running real campaigns — not just watching dashboards — and wants ownership over budgets, targeting, and results in a fast-moving hospitality brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to hit CPA/ROAS targets tied to marketing initiatives
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance — translating data into clear takeaways and next steps
- Work with the content and creative teams to brief and align on ad creatives that convert
- Coordinate with the web developer on landing page optimization and tracking implementation
- Build and manage community engagement through Facebook Groups and other relevant online communities to drive organic conversations around our brand
- Identify and tap into niche travel/lifestyle communities and groups for targeted, low-cost reach
- Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity in travel/hospitality marketing
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly and flag opportunities to reallocate spend for better returns
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally with exposure to travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience with community-driven marketing — running or growing engagement in Facebook Groups or similar platforms
- Comfortable with numbers — you can read a campaign report and know what to do about it
- Strong understanding of the full-funnel journey, from awareness to booking
- Good written communication for ad copy, briefs, community posts, and reporting
- A bias toward testing and iterating rather than guessing
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience marketing to an international audience
- Familiarity with booking engines, OTAs, or the travel tech stack
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements paid efforts
- Experience building brand communities from scratch
WHAT YOU GET!!
- Ownership of real budgets and real outcomes from day one
- A role at the intersection of a growing international resort brand and performance-driven marketing
- A collaborative team where your ideas actually go into production
