Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of planning and execution, optimizing performance marketing campaigns, focused on lead generation and conversion. This role requires hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign analytics, with a clear understanding of full-funnel marketing from lead acquisition to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Management:
- Manage campaign structure including audience targeting, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies
- Manage and monitor performance of digital ads across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc)
- Conduct AB testing, Analysis to optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop creative content for paid campaigns according to marketing funnel
- Track digital marketing performance and prepare periodic reports on campaign results
Lead Generation Management:
- Plan and manage digital lead generation campaigns (Meta Lead Ads, Landing Pages, Google Lead Form, etc)
- Ensure lead quality through targeting, messaging and form optimization
- Handling inbound leads, including prompt response, lead qualification and proper registration in the Odoo (CRM system)
- Coordinate with the performance team and sales team to improve lead-to-conversion rate
- Analyze sales and lead data to identify underperforming segments, regions, or specialties, and actively create targeted campaigns to drive new lead generations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and digital marketing effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation roles.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead pipelines
- Ability to plan and execute paid campaigns according to marketing funnel
- Ability to analyzing campaign and sales data to drive performance improvements
- Familiarity with workflow or experience in e-commerce platform such as Amazon or Shopify is a plus
