This is a full-time on-site role for Performance Marketing, based in Sector 18, Gurgaon. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms, ensuring efficient execution across all client accounts.
Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring all campaigns align with client objectives. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver successful campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Run & optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to increase ROI and reduce CPA.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets across platforms efficiently.
- Monitor key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.) for all client accounts.
