Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads. Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Executive based in Panaji, with some flexibility for remote work.

• The ideal candidate is self-managed, takes full ownership of campaigns, and requires minimal supervision & able to independently analyse performance, optimise budgets, and proactively suggest improvements.
• Performance is reviewed monthly, with a strong incentive structure tied directly to results.
• Work model: Hybrid or fully remote
• Compensation: Salary based on experience + performance incentives
