Experience: 24 years

Work Model: Full-time, in-office (Mumbai).

This role requires close collaboration, fast feedback, and hands-on execution.

Hybrid flexibility may be considered later based on performance and reliability.

Compensation: 58 LPA (based on scope & execution quality)

This role is for someone who:

• has hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
• is comfortable speaking to clients
• wants to own accounts end-to-end
• enjoys accountability and fast learning

This role is not for:

• people who have only managed 50k1L budgets
• people who only want to plan strategy
• people uncomfortable with weekly reviews
  
  

• Manage 56 client accounts within 12 months
• Handle client communication, updates, and discussions
• Own execution, optimisation, and coordination with creatives
  

• Run Meta Ads end-to-end
• Run Google Ads (Search, basic performance optimisations)
• Manage meaningful ad budgets (5L+/month per account over time)
• Monitor performance daily and act quickly
  

• Contribute to creative strategy and messaging
• Suggest iterations on winning ads
• Work with design & content teams to improve conversion
  

• Understand funnels, CRO basics, and scaling logic
• Flag risks early and propose solutions
• Participate in monthly CRO & message clarity reviews

• operate without reviews

• hide behind platform excuses

• No budget mismanagement
