Salary: upto 50k (non-negotiable)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented performance marketer to join our team. As a performance marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search, social, display, and email to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

Analyse campaign performance data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends

Good understanding of marketing KPI's & tools

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
