Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of campaign strategy, and proven expertise in optimization and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Develop end-to-end campaign strategies aligned with business goals, target audiences, and budgets
  • Conduct audience research, funnel planning, and keyword analysis to improve reach and conversions
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, placements, and landing pages
  • Monitor daily performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data to deliver actionable insights
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear metrics and recommendations
  • Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and performance
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, optimization, and scaling
  • Solid understanding of funnels, tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution
  • Experience with budget management and ROI-focused decision-making
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Good to have

  • Experience in lead generation campaigns
  • Background in education, service-based, or high-volume lead businesses
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles
