Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising and growth marketing.

This role is for someone who owns numbers, understands full-funnel performance, and can independently plan, execute, optimize, and report paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

A. Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, launch, and manage high-budget performance campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Build full-funnel strategies: Awareness Consideration Conversion
  • Audience research, funnel structuring, and A/B testing

B. Optimization & Scaling:

  • Continuously optimize campaigns for:
  • CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate
  • Analyze creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend efficiency

C. Analytics & Tracking:

  • Track performance using:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads Dashboard
  • Set up and monitor:
  • Conversion tracking
  • Pixels, events, and UTM tracking
  • Identify insights and actionable growth opportunities

D. Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Present clear insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for performance-led creatives

Required Skills & Experience

A. Must-Have

  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Campaign analytics
  • Funnel optimization
  • Budget allocation & scaling
  • Strong reporting and data interpretation skills

B. Soft Skills

  • High ownership & accountability
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Strong work ethic and discipline
  • Clear communication and problem-solving mindset

C. Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience running lead-gen and e-commerce campaigns
  • Knowledge of landing page CRO
  • Basic understanding of tools like:
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Looker Studio
  • Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
