Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising and growth marketing.
This role is for someone who owns numbers, understands full-funnel performance, and can independently plan, execute, optimize, and report paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities
A. Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, launch, and manage high-budget performance campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build full-funnel strategies: Awareness Consideration Conversion
- Audience research, funnel structuring, and A/B testing
B. Optimization & Scaling:
- Continuously optimize campaigns for:
- CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate
- Analyze creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend efficiency
C. Analytics & Tracking:
- Track performance using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads Dashboard
- Set up and monitor:
- Conversion tracking
- Pixels, events, and UTM tracking
- Identify insights and actionable growth opportunities
D. Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Present clear insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for performance-led creatives
Required Skills & Experience
A. Must-Have
- 3–4+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Deep understanding of:
- Campaign analytics
- Funnel optimization
- Budget allocation & scaling
- Strong reporting and data interpretation skills

C. Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience running lead-gen and e-commerce campaigns
- Knowledge of landing page CRO

- Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
