Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive at DigiMag located in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
o Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Discover) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
o Manage daily campaign budgets, targeting, and advanced bidding strategies to maximize performance.
o Set up custom conversion tracking to accurately measure key actions and optimize campaign performance.
Audience Segmentation & Retargeting:
o Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and interests.
o Build and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage previous visitors and increase conversions.
o Leverage lookalike audiences for effective campaign scaling across platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Use Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
o Generate actionable insights from data to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve future performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing:
o Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize for higher conversion rates.
o Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement winning variations and continuously refine the conversion funnel.
Competitor Research:
o Conduct in-depth competitor research to understand market trends, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
o Use insights from competitor analysis to adjust campaign strategies and inform targeting decisions.
Creative Collaboration:
o Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages based on performance insights.
o Provide feedback on creative performance and suggest optimizations to maximize engagement and conversions.
Advanced Bidding & Pixel Tracking:
o Implement and optimize advanced bidding strategies like target CPA and ROAS to drive better results.
o Ensure accurate pixel tracking across platforms for precise conversion attribution and reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Discover) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and custom conversion tracking.
Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Ability to perform competitor research to drive insights and strategies.
Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is a plus.
