Performance Marketing Executive (D2C)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive with 1-5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto Ads, and Intamart. You will be responsible for optimizing performance metrics such as Return on Spend (RoS), Return on Investment (ROI), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Intamart; establish campaign-level KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and set weekly and monthly targets to guide optimizations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily; perform weekly optimizations to bids, budgets, keywords, ASIN/SKU targeting and negative keyword lists to maintain budget pacing and maximize efficiency.
  • Drive measurable performance improvements: target improving ROAS by 15% quarter-over-quarter and reducing CPA by 10% within the first three months (targets to be finalized against baseline metrics).
  • Conduct structured A/B tests (minimum 2–4 per month) across creatives, copy, and targeting; design tests with appropriate sample sizes and declare winners based on statistical significance and conversion lift.
  • Perform SKU-level profitability and incrementality analysis; recommend bid, assortment, and promotional changes based on margin and LTV considerations to improve overall channel ROI.
  • Maintain and monitor attribution and tracking (UTMs, platform pixels, and reporting views); ensure data integrity for accurate measurement of ROAS, CPA, and conversion funnel metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reporting: weekly performance dashboards with key variances and required actions, plus a monthly deep-dive presentation with insights, hypotheses tested, and recommended next steps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, merchandising, creative, and supply chain teams to align campaign tactics with inventory, promotions, and landing page experiences; ensure creative refresh cadence (at least bi-weekly for high-volume campaigns).
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity; propose and test at least one new channel, tactic, or platform feature per quarter to expand growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, manage relationships with external vendors or agencies when required, and document standard operating procedures for campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C environment.
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto Ads, and Intamart.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
