Role Description

Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Analyst (Full-Time, Mumbai - Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in:

- Real Estate lead generation through Google and Meta Ads

- Managing performance-driven campaigns for International clients, including coaches and consultants

- Funnel creation, management, and optimization, with a focus on results. Experience with tools like Flexifunnels and GoHighLevel is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI

- Manage advertising funnels end-to-end, from creation to optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Role Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Real Estate and international Coaches & Consultants

- Proven ability to optimize Google and Meta Ads for high conversion rates

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Experience with funnel management tools like FlexiFunnels and GoHighLevel (preferred)

- Comfortable working in a hybrid model based in Mumbai

• Experience in E-Commerce is Bonus

Salary: 6-8 LPA + Performance Bonus
