Performance Marketing Executive

Bleqk Media is looking for a talented Performance Marketer (Experience: 612 months) to drive measurable growth and ROI through paid campaigns across digital platforms.

If you understand numbers as well as creativity, and know how to turn clicks into customers, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• 612 months of relevant experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of campaign metrics.
• Basic knowledge of funnels, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.
