Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive leads, sales, and conversions while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Manage lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tools.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for creatives and landing pages.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing / paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with pixel setup, GTM, and event tracking.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnels is a plus.
