Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive leads, sales, and conversions while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Manage lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Track and analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tools.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in performance marketing / paid advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with pixel setup, GTM, and event tracking.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnels is a plus.
