Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 23 years of hands-on

experience in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The candidate will work

closely with the team lead to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns for our real

estate clients, ensuring lead generation targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search and Google Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Research and select keywords relevant to real estate lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and take corrective action to achieve CPL and lead

quality targets.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Track leads and ensure data accuracy in reporting.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads best practices and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Experience: 23 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate lead generation is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Display).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet performance targets.
