About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, conversions, and revenue through full-funnel campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta.
- Drive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) user acquisition strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyzing KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC to continuously optimize results.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign creatives and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency while achieving performance goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Generate reports using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) to derive insights and improvement areas.
- Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, ad policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in e-commerce or D2C businesses.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.
- Experience in managing e-commerce ad platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce startups.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM, or retention marketing tools is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar is preferred.
