Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive, based in Dwarka, India. The Performance Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end marketing strategies and execute data-driven campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, planning and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with sales teams to meet the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research
• Proficiency in Communication and collaboration for engaging with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop and implement successful strategies
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns
• Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the tourism or hospitality sector is a plus
