About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 24 years of hands-on experience in scaling paid campaigns for B2C brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing paid media channels, optimizing CAC, and driving measurable growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other performance channels
- Drive user acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining optimal CAC, ROAS, CPL, and CPA
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle strategy, budgeting, execution, A/B testing, and reporting
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize creatives, targeting, bidding, and funnels
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies and creatives
- Analyze user journeys and work closely with product/tech teams to improve conversion rates
- Build dashboards and performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio / Looker Studio
- Identify new growth channels and experiment with performance marketing strategies
Key Requirements
- 24 years of experience in performance marketing for a B2C/D2C brand
- Hands-on experience managing monthly budgets (mention range if required)
- Strong understanding of attribution models, tracking, pixels, and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Experience working with app marketing (preferred, if relevant)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus
