About Our Client


Our client is a globally renowned sportswear and footwear brand, known for its innovation and performance-driven products.

Job Description

  • Drive ROI-focused digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance marketing platforms
  • Plan and execute tactical campaigns such as End of Season Sales and product/category pushes
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign briefing, performance reviews, and daily execution and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and execution
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools to track ROAS, CTR, conversions, and footfalls
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align landing page experience, category traffic, and conversion goals
  • Analyze click-through data and conversion metrics to generate actionable insights and improve campaign efficiency
  • Partner with offline retail and CRM teams to support integrated omnichannel marketing goals
  • Conduct ongoing market research and A/B testing to refine messaging, creatives, and targeting

The Successful Applicant


  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce
  • Proven ability to drive ROI-led campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics
  • Experience working with digital agencies and internal e-commerce teams to execute and optimize campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in click data, traffic analysis, and performance reporting
