The short version
What this role is about: The Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence lead is responsible for designing and delivering the performance marketing training that underpins Kraftshala's programs. You'll work with top marketing and media experts from India's leading agencies and brands to distill the most critical concepts in Google and Meta advertising, and design high-impact learning experiences that prepare students to run real campaigns from day one.
Who we're looking for: We have 2 positions available - one at a junior level and one at a senior level. In both cases, strong experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads is a must, along with curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to simplify complex ideas.

The detailed version of the role
Kraftshala runs India's largest marketing program (in terms of placements), called the Marketing Launchpad. This is a 100% live, job-linked program that serves as a talent pipeline for agencies (e.g. Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, Hiveminds, Performics, etc.) as well as brands like Nestl, Nykaa, Google, Lenskart, Zomato, and 500+ others.
Unlike conventional programs, Kraftshala rapidly updates its curriculum, sometimes every month. For example: think about how the rise of automation and AI-driven campaign types like Performance Max and Advantage+ have changed the way marketers build and optimize campaigns, how privacy updates and conversion modeling are redefining attribution, and how creative testing and first-party data have become the new levers for performance.
As the Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence, you are responsible for ensuring our programs stay at the forefront of these shifts, so that our students can add value to recruiting partners from Day 1.

Selection Process:
Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes and will allow us to get to know each other well. This will be a mix of online and offline interactions.
