Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time on-site role or Freelancer based in Jaipur with a highly analytical and creative mind who can manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive sales, brand awareness, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing (preferably in D2C/FMCG brands)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics tools
• Ability to scale campaigns profitably
• Creative thinking with a strong understanding of consumer behavior
• Experience with e-commerce brands is a plus
