Performance Marketing & Automation Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Performance Marketing & Automation Manager. We are looking for someone who can own our marketing engine end-to-end—from campaigns to conversions. This is not a content posting role. This is about building funnels, running campaigns, and driving measurable outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Set up and manage social media channels across platforms 
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) 
• Build and optimize lead funnels and landing page journeys 
• Implement WhatsApp API integrations and basic CRM workflows 
• Track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI 
• Work closely with the website team to improve conversion rates  

What we are looking for:

• 2–4 years experience in performance / digital marketing 
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign execution 
• Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking 
• Familiarity with analytics tools, ad dashboards, and CRM systems 
• Strong written and spoken English (for communication and reporting) 
• High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently  

CTC: Up to 6L per annum

Location: Lucknow (in-office, non-negotiable)
