About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to support and scale paid acquisition initiatives across Unacademy's growth ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, dashboards, experimentation, and optimization and wants to grow in large-scale performance marketing.

What You'll Work On

• Analyze and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube & programmatic channels
• Track metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates & revenue
• Build and maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards and MIS reports
• Support A/B testing, creative performance analysis, and funnel optimization
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Creative & Product teams

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and a data-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Strong academic background; graduates from Tier-1 / premier institutes are preferred
