Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on performance, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling regular communication, performance discussions, and expectation setting.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and structured optimization plans to clients in a clear and data-backed manner.
  • Translate client business objectives into measurable performance marketing strategies and execution roadmaps.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS through data-driven decision-making.
  • Own end-to-end performance tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event setup, conversion tracking, attribution analysis, and funnel tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and customer journeys in GA4 to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and ensure accurate data reporting across platforms.
  • Execute full-funnel strategies including audience targeting, ad creatives, landing page optimization, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and overall ROI.
  • Build structured performance reports and dashboards using GA4 and platform data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Assist in budget planning and media allocation to ensure efficient spend and improved returns.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and evolving digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 13 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with strong exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, conversion setup, attribution models, and funnel reporting.
  • Practical experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in a client-facing or account management role preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to understand client business goals and translate them into performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in performance reporting and dashboard preparation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
