Job Summary:
The Media Associate will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation and optimizing digital advertising performance across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in performance marketingparticularly for telecaller-driven sales funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and adult-friendly advertising networks.
- Run high-performing lead generation campaigns tailored for telecaller-based conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROI, and overall conversion efficiency.
Lead Generation & Telecaller Support
- Design and manage campaigns focused on acquiring high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with the telecaller team to ensure effective lead flow and improve lead-to-sale outcomes.
- Track and analyze lead quality metrics to enhance telecaller performance.
Ad Copywriting & Creative Optimization
- Develop compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and scaling.
Cross-Channel Marketing Support
- Work with cross-functional teams on email marketing, retargeting initiatives, and content strategy alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 24 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably for telecaller-driven or lead-generation brands.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and adult-friendly traffic platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to independently manage budgets, bidding strategies, and reporting.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for creative optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wellness, herbal, or health-focused product advertising.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and telecaller workflow processes.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Performance Marketing credentials.
