Performance Marketing Associate, you'll be at the heart of our digital strategy, turning data into decisions and clicks into conversions. You'll manage paid campaigns across platforms, optimize funnels, and help scale our impact with precision and creativity. Experience: 2-3 years
In this role, you'll get a chance to work on (Roles & Responsibilities)
:
- Launching and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities.
- Compiling weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Track campaign KPIs and provide insights to enhance campaigns.
- Provide feedback on visual and messaging effectiveness based on campaign data.
If Your Have (Requirements)
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- An understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Someone who's curious, proactive, and loves experimenting
