We're looking for a data-oriented, results-driven Amazon Performance Marketing Associate who can manage campaigns end-to-end while keeping clients confident and performance moving upward.

About the Role

You'll manage 4–6 client accounts, owning Amazon PPC performance from strategy to execution to reporting.This role blends: Campaign strategy, Hands-on optimization, Client communication & Performance analysis

In short, you don't just run ads. You drive outcomes.

Work Model: Hybrid role based out of Pune, combining in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce platforms)
  • Create, manage, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify winning opportunities
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify growth levers
  • Perform competitive benchmarking against industry standards
  • Adjust bidding strategies to improve efficiency and ROI
  • Build detailed performance reports with clear insights and action plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align advertising strategies
  • Regularly audit product listings to uncover optimization opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and conduct weekly review meetings
  • Proactively recommend campaign improvements, experiments, and scaling opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling marketplace advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data effectively
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central
  • Understanding of Amazon advertising algorithms and performance levers
  • Experience using Amazon analytics and reporting tools
