Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Performance Marketing and Growth Manager to lead our
digital acquisition efforts and accelerate user growth across channels. This role combines strategic
thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on paid media, conversion optimisation, and data-driven
experimentation to scale our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multichannel performance marketing strategies to drive customer
acquisition and revenue growth
Own Budgeting, execution, and optimisation across paid search, social, display, and affiliate
channels
Analyse performance, identify drop-off points, and implement CRO tactics to improve
conversion rates
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to run growth experiments
Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging growth tactics
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in scaling a brand on META & Google
Performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition role
Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic
decisions and improve sales performance.
Strong grasp of metrics, attribution models, and customer segmentation
Proficient in marketplace selling platforms.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions
and improve sales performance.
Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on the
marketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
Creative mindset with a bias for rapid experimentation and iteration Preferred Skills:
Experience in D2C growth environments
