Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical Performance Marketing & Analytics Associate to join our growth team in Bengaluru. While you will directly assist our Performance Marketing Lead in building, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns, your true superpower must be data. We view this role as a Marketing Analyst who happens to run performance campaigns. If you love diving deep into spreadsheets, building dashboards, tearing down conversion funnels, and translating raw data into actionable business strategies to drive subscriptions, this role is for you. You will not just be pulling levers on ad platforms; you will be the analytical engine that dictates which levers we pull and why.

Key Responsibilities

Data, Analytics & Strategy Deep-Dive Analysis: Analyze full-funnel marketing metrics to understand user behavior, identify drop-offs, and discover opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize subscription volume.

  • Business Intelligence: Build, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs critical to a subscription business (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Payback Period, and Churn).
  • A/B Testing Frameworks: Design, execute, and rigorously measure A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies. Ensure statistical significance before rolling out changes.
  • Attribution & Tracking: Work alongside the Performance Lead to ensure accurate tracking and attribution across platforms. Troubleshoot pixel/tag management issues as they arise.
  • Strategic Insights: Go beyond reporting what happened to explaining why it happened. Deliver weekly insights to stakeholders that directly inform business and marketing decisions.

Campaign Management & Execution

Platform Management: Assist in the daily management, pacing, and optimization of campaigns across major channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks).

  • Audience & Creative Strategy: Use historical performance data to build highly targeted audience segments and provide data-backed briefs to the creative team for net-new ad concepts tailored to different rental categories (furniture, appliances, tech).
  • Budget Pacing: Monitor campaign spend rigorously to ensure we are hitting efficiency targets without over/under-spending.
  • Market Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor strategies, and algorithm changes across ad networks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 23 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a closely related Business Intelligence role, preferably within a B2C, e-commerce, or subscription-driven company.
