Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–7 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:-
This is a role built for the reality of modern political campaigns. The Performance Marketing and AI Specialist manages all paid digital campaign activity — every rupee spent on Meta, Google, and YouTube — while also being the team's most hands-on practitioner of AI tools for campaign execution. This person sits at the intersection of performance advertising and emerging technology. They are not someone who follows AI developments from a distance — they use these tools every day and bring the best of them into the team's work before anyone else does.
Key Responsibilities:-
Plan, execute, and optimize all paid digital media campaigns — Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic display — across every active campaign.
Build and manage audience segments for political advertising — custom audiences, lookalike audiences, geographic targeting by constituency, and demographic layering.
Conduct continuous A/B testing of creative formats, messaging variants, and audience segments to optimize performance in real time
Produce daily and weekly paid media performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations — spend, reach, cost-per-result, and conversion metrics
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools across the team's workflow — for content creation, ad copy generation, image generation, performance prediction, and automation
Use AI tools for social listening, content repurposing, and rapid content scaling during peak campaign periods
Work with the Data Scientist on audience modelling and with the Creative team on briefing performance-optimized creative formats
Stay obsessively current on new AI tools, platform features, and performance marketing innovations — and bring them into the team's practice proactively
Required Skills & Experience:-
4–7 years of hands-on paid digital media experience — Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at minimum, with demonstrated results managing campaigns at scale.
Understanding of political advertising constraints on digital platforms and how to work effectively within them.
Deep familiarity with AI tools currently used in marketing and campaign work — including but not limited to ChatGPT and Claude for copy and strategy, Midjourney and Adobe Firefly for image generation, Eleven Labs for audio, RunwayML or Sora for video, Opus Clip or Descript for content repurposing, and performance tools like Smartly.io or AdCreative.ai
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and a data-driven approach to creative and audience decisions
Ability to translate performance data into creative briefs — this person is a key feedback loop between what is working in market and what the creative team produces next
Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools
Genuine personal use of AI tools daily — not aspirational but operationally; candidates should be prepared to demonstrate this in the interview
Experience in political campaigns is preferred; high-velocity performance marketing backgrounds in consumer, social impact, or advocacy campaigns will also be considered
