Job Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of paid media channels to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills:- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred
